This smells heavily of the developer of Marijuanacoin Prizzrak who recently just stole 18 BTC from the community. If your going to invest your money into an ICO make sure to use a qualified and reputable escrow partner in order to make sure your funds are safe from theft.
And before you throw any money in you need to ask yourself, why would this require an ICO?
Why are the people responding in this thread pumping it Jr. members with no post count and why is the dev launching an ICO with a brand new fresh account.

I highly doubt this is a scam, we talk to the developer of this coin everyday on . He is pretty active on that site so if you are so scared just pop in and talk to him. I love how you also said that it was being pumped by only Jr. Members, well I don’t post on this site very often becuase I never feel the need to, so therefore my “status” doesn’t go up. I fail to see how someone who is a hero member or legendary is more trustworthy than anyone else. A legendary member can steal my stuff just as quickly as a newbie. I’m simply issuing a word of caution as I am an active member in the mmj crypto community and would hate to see anyone make an impulse decision that they might regret.

It is a great thing to be cautious don’t get me wrong, I will never fault anyone for that and I’m not trying to argue or start a fight.
As for the quality of the website, it is 10000% better than I can do, I know 0 about making a website so… Not saying it’s good, just saying that I can’t do any better. :/
I am not 100% on the escrow protected ICO, I think the ICO is at coinexchange.io but I don’t know much about their ICO’s. I’ve never bought coins at an ICO and I never will, I’m a miner, I mine.
However though, like I said, he is in that chat almost everyday with myself and quite a few other developers of coins, anyone is free to pop in and talk to anyone that is on and when one of the developers is on they are free to ask them questions.

If this is true then I will kindly offer my assistance to help him with his website and branding in order to give him a fair shot at success. It’s 2017 and to be quite honest the community here on Bitcointalk has seen too many negative things happen to really hop behind something this early in development. I would actually recommend tearing down this OP and relaunching with something a little bit more polished in order to give your project a fighting shot.
