This is a exploration developer class and the outline for 101 and 102 will continually be changing from class to class. Visitor parking is located on Level P3. After you've parked, enter the building at the parking garage entrance on Level P3 which is the Lobby Level of the building. If you park on a different Level of the parking garage, take the parking elevator to Level P3, which is the Lobby Level. Exit the parking elevators and turn to the left to access the building passenger elevators to the right of the security console. From 1-75 I 1-85 Southbound: o Merge left onto 1-85 North, which is Exit #251 toward GA-400/Greenville. o Merge onto GA-400 Toll N via Exit #87 toward Buckhead/Cumming. o Take Exit #2 toward GA-141 E and merge onto Connector State Rd 141/Lenox Rd NE o Stay in the far left lane and go up the ramp (the road splits at the traffic light). o Go to the traffic light at the top of the ramp and turn right onto Monarch Drive and proceed straight into the Monarch Tower parking garage. o Visitor Parking is on Level 3. From 1-85 Northbound: o Merge right onto Exit #86 for GA-13 S toward Peachtree Street o Keep right at the fork to continue on Exit #86 N, follow signs for 400 N and merge onto GA-400 N/Hwy 400 N. o Take Exit #2 toward GA-141 E and merge onto Connector State Rd 141/Lenox Rd NE o Merge into the far left lane and go up the ramp (the road splits at the traffic light). o Go to the traffic light at the top of the ramp and turn right onto Monarch Drive and proceed straight into the Monarch Tower parking garage. o Visitor Parking is on Level 3. Traveling Northbound from GA 400S: o Take Exit #2 towards Buckhead . o Merge onto Lenox Road at the end of the ramp. o Merge into the far left lane and go up the ramp (the road splits at the traffic light). o Go to the traffic light at the top of the ramp and turn right onto Monarch Drive and proceed straight into the Monarch Tower parking garage. o Visitor Parking is on Level 3. Traveling Southbound from GA 400N: o Merge onto Exit #2 towards Buckhead and make left at the end of the ramp onto Lenox Road. o Stay in the far left lane and go up the ramp (the road splits at the traffic light). o Go to the traffic light at the top of the ramp and turn right onto Monarch Drive and proceed straight into the Monarch Tower parking garage. o Visitor Parking is on Level 3. By MARTA o Monarch Tower is within walking distance to MARTA's Buckhead Station. o The Red Line (North Springs) serves the Buckhead Station. o Go up the first set of stairs to the upper level. o Leave the Marta station and tum left and walk toward Stratford Road and follow the signs for the Walkway to Alliance Center, Monarch Centre and Phipps Plaza. o The walkway has a ramped incline. This ramp places you directly in the plaza of Alliance Center. From the plaza of Alliance Center you can take the sidewalk to get to Two Alliance Center. o Continue past Two Alliance Center and go across the cross walk at the entry drive to both One Alliance Center Parking Garage and Monarch Tower Parking Garage and turn right on the sidewalk into the Monarch Tower Parking Garage. o Follow the sidewalk to the crosswalk that leads into Monarch Tower on the G (Ground) Level of the garage. o Take the parking elevator to Level P3, which is the Lobby Level. Exit the parking elevators and turn to the left to access the building passenger elevators to the right of the security console. NOTE: For Monarch Tower Conference Room (Suite C-105) attendees, please use the stairs directly in front of the parking garage elevators in the Rotunda or use the building passenger elevators to go down to the Concourse Level. The Conference Room (Suite C-105) is located behind the High Rise Passenger Elevators to the left of the Mail Room.
