That’s why we’re so excited to announce these two new members: Linda Bernardi and Melissa Ehlert-Traub. Two powerhouses that bring innovation, strategy and wisdom to the table — x1,000!
Let’s start with Linda. Linda is former Chief Innovation Officer at IBM for Internet-of-Things (IoT) and Cloud. She has started companies, written books, and headlined major conferences.
But her superpower is teaching Fortune 100 companies how they can shift to from just creating products to creating products that fulfill customer needs and desires. She teaches companies how to dig down and say “We know what we want to create, but what do our want us to create?”
She knows marketing. She knows loyalty. But mostly, she lives and breathes innovation in a time where change happens at lightning speed.
When companies need direction on how to flex in this hyperconnected world, Linda is the one they call.
Melissa Ehlert-Traub is also a business powerhouse. An executive with extensive leadership experience, she’s served as President and CEO of a major, public pharmaceutical company. At one point, she managed 60 factories and four regional offices.
She soared as an Asia-focused importer, and later created a deeply successful marketing firm.
She is responsible for marketing close to 70 of the world’s most recognizable pharmaceutical brands.
But she’s also an agent of change, and has fundamentally shifted how products are marketed.
Melissa is an extraordinary thinker and innovator with a solid background in business and marketing. This makes her perfect for our Global Advisory Board.
