Why there is no better opportunity to buy Bitcoin than now.

Following the previous analysis on how the Fibonacci Channels and Halvings provide buy signals on bitcoin , we are extending our perspective by incorporating the Supply cap element.

Initially we would like to point out the astonishing similarities of the previous two Halving-to-Peak phases. This phase is more commonly known as the Bull Market. The parabolic behavior is obvious, although straight after the Halvings we see a price stagnation and even slight pull back as the price has to find a new balance.

The RSI also gives straightforward buy signals since the price has made a bottom, trading inside with accumulation zone, where at most one more test of the bottom should take place.

As for the Supply. bitcoin’s supply is capped at 21,000,000. We are already much closer to that number with only roughly 16% remaining bitcoin expected to be mined. This adds great value to its scarcity element.

As you see on the chart we are in a position where technically there won’t be a better long term opportunity to buy BTCUSD , making it one of the most attractive long term investments. Traders with a broader time perspective should take this into account and not be clouded by the volatility of the current accumulation phase and use every dip to their advantage.

For a better understanding of the above, check our following studies:
