All the way down from the @ 20K high we have retraced to @ 0.618 FIB level of the high move before it with the exception of the November 2018 from 6.5K to 3.1K which never retraced. We have now retraced that move back to the 0.618 FIB level 5 months later almost completing a Macro Bart. either continues up to the 6540 area to complete the Macro Bart and beyond, goes sideways here like before the 6.5K or tanks down to new lows.
