War Robots Test Server 3.8. In today’s Live Stream we are going to take a first-hand look at a New Robot called “Bulwark”. Some stats which were provided in the Test Server email states that the Bulwark at level 8 has 137,000 hp, 39km/h speed with an ability allowing it to use both it’s physical shield of 100,000 hp and an energy shield of 64,000 hp.
