This pattern for crochet is a modern take on the traditional granny square. The finished afghan size is approximately 38 by 50 inches and the pillow is approximately a 14 inch square
This is a vintage Annie's Attic pattern from 1993 and in very good condition. It was for the Annie's Crochet Quilt & Afghan Club. These patterns were made to fit in a three-ring binder, so this one comes with holes already punched in which don't cover pattern text at all.

Pattern calls for worsted yarn, an H hook, 1/2 yard fabric, tapestry and sewing needles, and polyester fiberfill for pillow. Instructions are written in US crochet terms.
