Acting Secretary of the U. S. Department of Education, John King, visited JoAnn Leleck Elementary at Broad Acres Tuesday Jan. 5. King visited classrooms, read to students, and shared his goals for 2016 which include college and career readiness, professional supports for teachers, and a focus on equity and excellence in the classroom.
