区块链土地登记初创企业Ubitquity宣布，将与巴西房地产登记处展开开创性合作。
该美国初创企业，使用软件作为服务平台来增加地产所有权问题上的安全性与稳定性，并且已经在该国的两个区域展开测试。
CEO兼创始人Nathan Wosnack的评论被EconoTimes引用：
“我们非常兴奋地宣布，我们将与土地记录局合作，巴西房地产登记处Cartório de Registro de Imóveis。这次合作将有助于展示市政局在使用区块链保存记录方面的实力与优势。”
这次测试涉及到了一个临时系统，用于模拟巴西当前财产所有权和转让过程。之后，一个完整的区块链解决方案将到位，确保绝对安全。
不难想象，主要目的是去除中心化以及由控制不平衡导致的缺陷。
