Twitter Plans Crypto Ad Ban Following Decisions by Facebook and Google

As much as I dislike Chase and some of their practices, they have been useful when dealing with a merchant that won’t return funds for a purchase in which the merchant didn’t follow through on their promise.

How will this function with Litecoin? Is there a way to get recourse from a shady merchant?

Is there an online litecoin wallet with an api for:

create address

copy address

check address balance

coinbase can do this, but I am looking for something with less security and more anonymity.

or a link to setting up litecoin core on a private server and custom making the api.
