Mt. Gox a name synonymous with crypto exchanges and the trouble that comes along with them, is once again back in the crypto news. The website https://www.goxdox.com/ has released court documents, that show the “Tokyo Whale”, real name Nobuaki Kobayashi, has been dumping bitcoin recovered from Mt. Gox on the Japanese crypto exchange Bitpoint, to pay back Mt. Gox creditors. The dumpening took place between December 2017 and June 2018. During this time bitcoin and altcoins took massive hits, as the selling pressure forced prices down. Today, we will go through a short history of what happened, examine the bank documents from the Tokyo courts, and speculate if Kobayashi could continue dumping, because another suit is hitting Mt. Gox, from Coinlab for 16 billion dollars!
