The Real Meaning of Bearish Bitcoin [BTC] Sideways While Altcoins Boom

bitcoin has been going sideways for 14 days now which is completely out of character for bitcoin . At the same time, we are seeing altcoins that are generating some massive numbers in the past few weeks.

I’ve shared dozens and dozens of these charts where altcoins are generating these profits, anywhere from 50 to 200% in just a matter of days/weeks. (You can see this in my previous post here: https://www.tradingview.com/chart/BTCUSD…)
These charts are only for the trades that me and my followers were involved and generated great profits, many more altcoins are moving up that I haven’t shared.

So what is the real meaning of bearish bitcoin going sideways while the altcoins boom?

2017 Was a bullish year while 2018 was bearish … This goes in accordance with market cycles. Keeping it simple, the market moves in waves… Up & Down, Up & Down… Down then Up, Down then Up… Pretty simple or not?

There were mainly three occasions last year when there were strong corrective up waves.

Each time bitcoin had a bounce, the alts did as well. But right now something changed after bitcoin went through capitulation.

Altcoins are moving, doing strong numbers while bitcoin is doing none. Change tends to lead to unexpected results…

So here is my believe of what is going on. There will be a massive crash for the altcoins when bitcoin does a strong move up.

As for bitcoin ( BTCUSD ), I think it will do some more sideways… but enough from me, what about you?
