Operational work continues to intensify as we draw closer to wrapping up Meme Factory beta-testing and prepare for mainnet launch. All ongoing issues can be tracked via the page (181 issues closed, 19 open at time of writing). Operations team members’ focus is widening from beta-testing to implementing our marketing initiatives. This includes producing walk-through videos, setting up demos within our Ambassador program, providing information to external announcement channels, and making sure the right tools are in place for people to get their hands dirty immediately upon launch.

On our we discussed the xDai Chain, an -based that uses USD-stable xDai (a representation of DAI ) as the native coin of the network. This becomes very practical when the price of ETH is volatile or if the network becomes congested, which makes the gas prices different from day to day. With xDai Chain, the user only needs to deal with Dai. This may prove to be a vital component for mass user of dApps across the space.
