Re: 新加坡央行完成数字货币测试 新加坡央行已经完成了致力于银行间支付的分布式账本测试。 新加坡金融管理局（MAS）是在11月份宣布与R3银行联盟以及很多银行成员共同进行本次测试的，据说参与方还包括新加坡发展信用、汇丰银行、美国银行和摩根大通等。根据该银行的说法，测试目标是为了开发用于银行间支付的数字货币新加坡元。 MAS的官员说道将会发布一份更加全面的测试报告，尽管并未提供具体的发布日期。 根据该央行的说法，将会借鉴第一次的测试技术和经验来计划进一步的测试。 MAS说道： “MAS已经计划了两个分拆项目，它们都将借用内部银行支付项目的经验。第一个项目是由新加坡交易所（SGX）推动的，致力于通过分布式账本技术让固定收益证券交易和结算周期更加高效。第二个项目关注在使用央行数字货币进行跨境支付的新方法上。” 作为第二次测试的一部分，MAS说道已经在进行讨论来使用新加坡的支付系统连接其它国家，使用区块链技术来管理这些交易。 值得一提的是，MAS的首席金融技术官Sopnendu Mohanty说道央行和其它几个银行之间的研发测试已经衍生出了其它银行间测试迭代。 “而且，一些机构也因为本次合作受到启发而开始研究其它项目。我们希望我们的项目能进行下一阶段证券清算和跨境支付应用的开发测试。” (Why?)
