PYTHIA AND RCHAIN: TRANSMITTING BLOCKCHAIN ORACLES (PART II)
As a follow up to my previous article revealing Pithia inc., a recent venture company of the RChain enterprise.
I had a chat with her CEO, an enthusiastic and equally experienced — Mr. Lawrence Lerner. Lawrence did well by, firstly, taking time off his very busy schedule to speak with ‘us’. Additionally, it was important to imbibe just so much of the energy, zeal and charisma with which Mr. Lerner conveys the real essence of Pithia’s introduction in to the Blockchain ecosystem.
In the build up to our Zoom chat, I had diligently created a cue of questions with which I had hoped, could drive Lawrence into a desirable position of both divulging information and clarifying existing presumptions. Suffice to say, the clarity and progression of Mr. Lerner’s answers were both overwhelming and satisfying in equal measure.
With precise but often detailed bits of information, the details with which Pithia inc. intends to achieve her goals for the Blockchain ecosystem soon become clear.
Lawrence sights the need for recent Blockchain startups to undergo a period of development under certain provisions which would likely aid their success. Pithia comes in ‘’ to help provide the favorable conditions for the businesses to thrive.’’
As a reference to my previous article — The analogy of ‘’Bridging the gap between the Oracles and humans (RChain and The next potential start-up) fits perfectly in the role Pithia inc. hopes to play in the ecosystem.
He states ‘’Especially for a Blockchain startup willing to run on RChain’s — Mercury platform, We provide the funding, the service (additionally in areas such as Development and Marketing).
An important clarification Lawrence made, concerning the inception of Pithia as an entity — ‘’Pithia has always existed, it was something I had created some time ago. And with my vast experience handling large portfolios for major companies.
In response to the question of Her operational modalities, Lawrence states lucidly that — Certain elements of RChain would be incorporated into any start-up, especially the Development / Marketing aspects for rapid growth. Funding is also provided with an independent contribution from Pithia to the benefitting start up.
In conclusion, the multiplicative usefulness of Pithia in the ecosystem was laid bare, when Mr. Lerner explains the platform slated for release in December- would enjoy a more expansive end usage. The solution is concurrency. It basically means that you can operate in parallel.
He also illustrated further: the specific example of Healthcare systems, the Blockchain solution RChain offers could be used to store patient’s data across the globe on a more secure, decentralized and even easier to access option on distributed nodes globally. Social media, website hosting and various end uses. All made possible by Pithia’s discovery of start ups with immense potential to express a pull factor and with great promise to solve real problems running on the RChain Blockchain.
Lawrence Lerner concludes the interview by citing the best way forward for Pithia as — sourcing for more funds and scouting tangible investment opportunities to grow their portfolio.
