If you want to sell bitcoin to a trusted site then you can use localbitcoins, it is a very trusted site and you can easily sell bitcoins there because all of the buyers there are within your country and you can do smooth transactions with the buyers because most of them are trusted to but to make sure the things is smooth, don’t send bitcoin if he didn’t send his payment first.
I second that opinion. Localbitcoins is the best option outside the US and the EU. And I don’t think that there is any other option out there, if you want to exchange your coins to Western Union.
