That is easy to say but not easy to manage. Only rich people can manage their time well. Average persons that go to a daily job don’t have that much time to manage. They come home from work at 18 or even 19 a clock sometimes so they cannot do anything else in such short amount of time as in 23 they will go to sleep. Nothing to manage from such a person or 95% of world population.
I think it depends. When somebody’s rich, that doesn’t mean that he’s not working at all. Some got rich because they have a really tiring day job that requires some special skills at a very specific field. Some rich people have their own company already, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t busy. Actually, being a manager or an owner of a company would make you far more busy than the people below you.
Someone that’s not rich is probably living in his comfort zone (not to assert that all people living a mediocre life is like this, but let’s admit it, most of them are) that’s why he hasn’t become rich. But there are also people that are still in the “process” of success. They are one of the most busy people because they are so focused on their goals in life.
