so where was the money coming from…
wright had a company overseas that “LOANED” money to the company in Australia
all profit was overseas – no tax
all expense in australia
so the government started to ask where the money came from
wright had 50+ ppl – devs – all of us on 6 figures and NO script. Wright gave us NOTHING of his companies
no options
no shares.

Mt Gox was down
wright wanted to make bitcoin deals with staf
Bodog was also having payment issues
the US was cracking down on gambling money
so, wright needed to get external people in
we thought it would allow us to get some of the IP
BUT
Somehow wright manages to get MORE money and pay off the administrator..
somehow, he get more all the time….
from places in africa, asia, islands – all tax havens
all new and hiding places
that is what government want to know
where does money come from?
how does wright make loans to self etc…
