The goal of the SettleVC Platform is to allow people to get into ICOs at a later stage at the inital ICO USD rate.
How is this possible ?
The Settle usage token (STT) is used to redeem various tokens bought at ICO USD Price at four set time intervals after ICOs have been fully funded and tokens freely moveable (~3-6-12-24 months) with the USD conversion rate of spot STT price (initially centralized through a platform and at a later stage possibly fully decentralized if solely ERC-20 investments).
What happens if I don’t want to redeem an ICO token or aren’t fast enough for each period?
While exposure to each ICO will be small % (to lower risk) thus leaving many STT holders not able to redeem or not wanting to redeem, the STT token holders get value due to the burning of STT tokens that have been converted to ICO investments but also have the option to redeem other ICO tokens of future investments.
How does STT have long term value?
To be able to retain long term value of STT tokens (other than the buy back and burn) 15% of each ICO investment will be held back as an underlying token to STT itself.
Due to the amount of new ICO projects coming out we will be creating an additional ICO listing page similar to Icocountdown with a set USD fee (paid in STT and then burnt) for ICO project exposure.
