@1150truck, I don’t think it will be easy to sue this issue in court over the delaying of payment to you, because in the end you still get your Bitcoins and Primedice can always say there is a terms and conditions on their site that all rolls that looks suspicious must be fully investigated before funds will be released to the customer.
I can feel your pain of losing $2700 because of this delay in payment to you by primedice for so many days, it is really bad, that is around 2.4 bitcoin lost just for nothing, the amount of money could had be put to good use instead
