It’s a shame really… I love their UI and their trading platform, but the sheer volume of complaints about Poloniex can’t be ignored. What blows my mind is the lack of communication from them. I mean, Coinbase sucks, but at least their leadership recognizes it and sends out communications on what they’re doing to ramp support and their platform.
The lack of support and more importantly their lack of any type of communication is the most troublesome to me. Bittrex has been treating me really well but their charting platform is so frustrating; having to redo your chart every single time is tedious. But, at least I’m not worrying about them closing up shop tonight!
