I’m tired of this site running sluggishly whenever there’s high number of trades going on. Can’t load my pending orders due to unresponsiveness of site. I hope this is addressed soon, I can’t trade like this forever.
From last couple of months CS site has being badly hit due increase in volume and increase in clients. While people are actually little irritated as every time you need to load data and sometimes its too slow. Hope this is resolved quickly.
Quite strange that two of you facing problem.I registered few days back and have’nt faced any such problem whenever I go to site.Although I have not traded yet because my verification process is still going on but I have checked all section of CS and the whole site working well for me
It’s not a continuous problem. I am also able to use the site quite often. It happens only when there’s a lot of traffic / trades going on.
Yeah, the load is what causes the slowness.
Hardware scale is at a maximum at the moment, software scaling always takes longer.
The basic UI itself is heavy on data load and we are reworking that as well to lower the data on each page.
Not gonna be anything quick, but once fixed, this should be able to scale up a lot more.
