I rarely ship consecutive serials. Instead I try to divide up the lower serials between multiple orders. So for most buyers who purchased QTY 3 for example, I might send them #20, 50, 80. For serials 02 – 10 – I tend to include these in the larger orders from long-time customers. For this latest release a customer ordered QTY 15 for example, and they received a handful of low serials in return. (this customer frequents this site if they care to come forward) Others in this room purchased QTY 7, 9, 10, etc.

I try not to base the serials I ship strictly on the time of purchase, as mailchimp tends to deliver emails to different users over a window of time. But if you order early you will most certainly receive lower serial pieces than someone who orders after you.

If a customer has ordered QTY 5 of every release, I’ll remember this and if they didn’t get a low serial on one release, I’ll try to make sure they do on the next.

It’s not a perfect science. I value every customer and I do my best to try to please everyone. I keep zero of the low serials for myself. I planned to keep the 01’s of the 1BTC Silver and Golds, but ended up shipping them to some VIP’s.

Most importantly of all, I try to do what’s in the best interest for the future value of my works, because then everyone wins.
