Firstly let me clarify, a bitcoin is worth over a thousand dollars so you won’t get a free bitcoin, you’ll just get free bitcoin.
It’s impossible though. There are faucets, but they only pay dust and it’s not worth your time. You need to put some work in to earn it or search the many threads telling people how to buy it with fiat.
