Technically, there is no reason blackbytes can’t be traded on an exchange, it would just involve more work, as users would have to pair with the exchange’s device to deposit/withdraw. This might either be done manually or we could imagine a bot interacting with a user who wants to deposit/withdraw.
Blackbytes are a private asset, your balance is only known to you; and the device that you paired with to do a transaction, only knows that transaction. They become anonymous with TOR.
