why we are doing the FINANCE CLOUD API and why we doing it in this way:
In times of negative or low interest and ever new banking fee policies, we are awaiting another shift towards alternative ways, to manage and move money. People will start appreciating services, that are doing banking jobs in a more efficient and less expensive way for them. When this shift will happen, not those will make the race, who put most of their efforts into the most breathtaking and alien innovations, but those, who deliver an interface, that makes people, used to internetbanking, feel save and familiar with.
They will not care, if your choise of programming language required any skill, or if you have been smart and used tools, that have been available and proven in our open community. The only thing, they will care is, if it lowers barriers and makes them feel home.
Everybody, who seeks to play a role in that coming era, should not waste time and develop already existing software twice, because banks are just a snap of an idea behind us and at the same time, 100 programmers ahead, to take our entire market. Everybody who hasn’t positioned himself, before banks decided to move completely (they already started) in this direction, will be to late, to get his chance. Its like bitcoin: Best is to produce things in times, where everybody thinks, its a funny idea.
