wow i think this is very interesting, specially because ethereum has been so underrated for SO long and now its going to be used as a platform for more and more icos. with all the new coins rising up every day people tend to forget, that for a growing network you need cooperation too.
can somebody explain this to me in plain english because i just dont seem to fully understand it:

yes coin holders can take part in a lottery where 40% of the profits will be distributed among coin holders.
