Does polo sends confirmation email that we’re required to click when withdrawing balances from them? I don’t seem to receive email from them but it says Awaiting Approval on the account History. Will I be receiving the btc?
This is the most disgusting service that i never experienced before in any exchange.My withdraw is also awaiting approval.Why this fuckn approval needed if you asked for withdraw confirmation?Wasting my time and opportunity and i missed a deal.
And most important thing is poloniex support is too much lazy. I’ll never use an exchange if i have no control on my altcoin.

Actually, email confirmation act as an extra security layer, it ensures that it is you the one that logged in into the account and you are really authorizing the withdrawal. Suppose that someone hacked your polo account, it would very easy to drain all of your balance without the email verification. With that confirmation email, they need to hack your email too to stole your money. Well… unless you set the same password for all of your internet account. It’s not really bothersome, IMO, because all you need to do is just click the link. Some exchanger uses this too, not only polo.
