Wikipedia made a great job until now, but it’s stuck in time. Wikipedia has already 16 years old and almost didnt evolve.
I know we all love wikipedia because it hasn’t ad. But I must admit the content of wikipedia is usually very superficial. The lack of financial incentives to write articles make a really big difference. Most people that has the deep knowledge of a thing prefers to do a book about that subject, with financial incentives things can be different.
Wikipedia website is so old design, read there is tiring.
Look at youtube. A lot of people just make videos to win some money, if wasn’t the financial incentive I guarantee youtube was almost nothing now.
Facebook is the same.
Google is the same.
We need Ads to evolve, it’s a necessary “evil”.
I’m very excited about lunyr. With Lunyr, knowledge can now evolve really fast.
I love you wikipedia. But you stopped evolving. The world needs a knowledge base with a better integration with all the revolution happening (cryptoworld, virtual reality, Augmented Reality, Artificial Intelligence, autonomous machines, etc…) and that’s where Lunyr comes.
Don’t worry wikipedia. We are going to do an honorable page about you in Lunyr.
