Well there are a lot of scam accusations against them that i think it is unlikely that you will ever get a refund on your part.
Just remember this: Any bitcoin casino that also offer fiat deposits whether directly or on a sister site probably shouldn’t be trusted. They are known to block accounts, freeze account funds for no reason and also report you to authorities for no good reason.
