The federal government has refused to leaglized marijuana and now this billion dollar industry is struggling to find payment solutions.
The biggest problem legal marijuana distributors face is how to accept payment. Banks fall under federal regulations and the FBI has used their powers to raid and seize assets from legitimate businesses needlessly spreading fear and doubt throughout the industry.
