NOTE TO YOUTUBE: A company from the Czech Republic filed a Trademark Complaint against this video due to its use of “Worldcore” in the title/description, despite the fact that their trademark was filed in May 2015—two years after this video was originally posted, which contains the text both on-screen and spoken, and has nothing to do with their “Worldcore” brand. Additionally, the “Worldcore” text included in this video is from a video game, “Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity”, and after searching online, the “Worldcore” company appears to have been formed in 2014—still one year before this video was originally uploaded.
YouTube’s Trademark policy page lists the following:
“Trademark infringement is improper or unauthorized use of a trademark in a way that is likely to cause confusion as to the source of that product. YouTube policies prohibit videos and channels that infringe trademarks. If you upload content on YouTube that uses another party’s trademarks in a way that is likely to cause confusion, your videos can be blocked and your channel suspended.”
Their trademark application is for payment processing, not videos, not gameplay, not anything entertainment related. Their trademark was filed under Nice class of 36, which covers payment processing, etc., not anything pertaining to this video, thus there is no likely confusion. Lastly, this video’s title is “The Worldcore”. Not “Worldcore”, nor anything that would I am not a lawyer.

Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity is the first Pokémon Mystery Dungeon game for the Nintendo 3DS. Released March 24, 2013 in North America (and on May 17, 2013 in Europe and May 18, 2013 in Australia), it is fully 3D and reworks a lot of the Mystery Dungeon mechanics.
