Paxnet deal, fresh dashboard & new stories

This week we’ve signed a mega partnership in Asia, rethought the entire dashboard, introduced Crypterium stories and looked closer at ‘cashless’ economies. Before you put on your Darth Vader helmet and get ready for a Star Wars marathon, check this out:

A Handshake That Matters

Crypterium COO Austin Kimm has signed a strategic partnership with BitPax, a subsidiary of the Korean blockchain giant PaxNet. The goal? This joint venture will help us deliver quality crypto-based financial services in Asia.

Extreme Makeover: Dashboard & Stories

We’ve introduced a new dashboard that provides more information and makes it easier to interact with your favourite features. Also, we’ve also launched Crypterium Stories— a simple yet effective way to offer you the latest announcements, promos, tutorials, blog posts and market news.

Going Less-cash, Not Cash-less

A nationwide research conducted by Sweden’s Central Bank Riksbank showed only 13 percent of Swedes reported using paper money in recent purchases last year, down from a 40 percent registered in 2010. Meanwhile, in Brazil, over half of the country’s active population receives salaries in cash. This contrast leads us to one question: how close are we from a ‘cashless’ society?

About Crypterium

Crypterium is one of the most promising fintech companies, according to KPMG and H2Ventures. We are building a mobile app that meets the banking needs of the digital assets era.

Our goal is clear: with Crypterium, whatever you can do with traditional money you will able to do with digital assets. This idea is supported, among others, by the co-founder of TechCrunch Keith Teare and over 400,000 registered users, and the number is growing by day.

The team is led by former General Manager of Visa Central & Eastern Europe Steven Parker, and C-level executives from global financial institutions, like Renaissance Insurance, London Derivatives Exchange, American Express etc.
