Re: 司机驾车冲撞交警被制服后死亡 成都警方回应 #警情通报#2017年3月14日晚，武侯区发生一起涉嫌以危险方法危害公共安全案件。经我局调查，当晚，交警一分局三名交警两名辅警在成双大道金花中学路口设卡开展执法工作中，21时许，一辆白色无牌凯迪拉克越野车在途经交警检查卡点时，拒不接受检查，并冲撞、碾压，造成现场一名交警及两名群众受伤，在撞毁道路中间隔离栏及路边指路杆后停下。 事发后，现场交警一方面迅速通知120急救中心前来救治，一方面依法对犯罪嫌疑人进行控制，该人拒不配合。交警在控制过程中，发现其身体出现异常情况，立即会同赶到的医务人员开展救治，后经医务人员现场抢救无效死亡。 现已查明，死者罗某某系本市人(男，34岁，曾因犯敲诈勒索罪被刑事处罚);受伤交警陆某及群众陈某某系小腿骨折，正在医院治疗;受伤群众熊某某系颅骨骨折，未脱离生命危险，仍在抢救中。此案我局还将进一步开展调查，并接受有关部门的执法监督。 (Why?)
