Our Speakers: Greg Shu, Blockchain Expert Greg Schu is a partner in BDO’s National Risk, Management & Technology Advisory Services team. He has over 20 years of experience in professional services helping organizations evaluate risk, governance, controls and understand the areas of focus where business or compliance improvements may be needed. Greg provides IT Audit and Payment Card Industry (PCI) services on a local, national and global basis to Fortune 20 and Fortune 100 public companies across the retail, healthcare, financial, professional services, and manufacturing industries. He has overseen international engagements in a variety of countries and has lead IT compliance and security and interaction with government regulatory functions such as the PCAOB. As Director of Finance, Matthew is currently the head of all accounting and finance for BTC Inc., a Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) founded in 2014. Matthew is an experienced financial professional with expertise in Capital Markets and Corporate Finance. Prior to joining BTC Inc., Matthew was a Senior Financial Analyst at Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC), where he executed a $1.2 Billion leveraged separation from Vanderbilt University. Prior to VUMC, Matthew worked as an IPO Analyst at Morningstar, clerked in various grains pits at the Chicago Board of Trade, and was an Analyst for a private wealth manager with over $900 Million with Assets Under Management. Matthew holds a B.S. in Accounting from Rhodes College and an M.S. Finance and M.B.A. from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
