I tried to call the IRS….4 times. No luck. I decided to hunt around on my own. This is what we got. The IRS wants every single transaction calculated to US Dollars. Buying and selling on exchanges, buying goods and services with crypto, and even coin-to-coin exchanges. In short, virtually everything is taxable and you must keep track of everything. including mining, which is considered a business income. good luck!
