Help on backing up/restoring LTC electrum wallet

I just restored an Electrum-LTC wallet from another computer using only and strictly only the seed I previously saved somewhere safe.

Everything seems to be in order, I can see the same amount of LTC I had on the other device, though the transactions Date field show as Not verified.

I just wanted to be absolute sure: Is it safe to assume this is a complete restore? Can I transfer funds to and from this wallet as before? Can I get rid of the original device safely?
