Digital marketing driving customers number up
2019 is starting with some very positive trends. January has seen a sharp increase in , with 2,700 new HelloGolders! HelloGold is starting to see the fruits of the efforts put over the last quarter of 2018 into its digital marketing strategy, as well as the positive reception of the Smart Saver feature that was also added late in 2018.
To kick off 2019 then, the marketing efforts continue on the digital front through Facebook and Google Advertising. In order to strengthen online branding, testimonial videos of HelloGold have been released, showcasing their stories and experiences using our app.

Digital marketing efforts come together with a strong push to broaden HelloGold’s reach through new partnerships. Significant businesses have expressed interest in utilising gold to incentivise their customer base and the team is exploring with them regarding a possible collaboration.

Thailand Launch
And there it is! The Hellogold app has officially launched in Thailand, marking the first step in the company’s international expansion! Following the launch, the team has also successfully launched a digital marketing campaign on 30/01/2019 in the country.
This is aligned with the release of the Smart Savers Programme and Sign up Promotions to Thai . It is still early days but the number of who signed up and made their first top-up is very encouraging thus far.
