Has Bitcoin [BTC] Capitulated Yet?

Viewing the comments from the video that I made talking about how I thought we were in the “anger” phase of the market cycle, there seemed to be a lot of confusion around the meaning of the word “capitulation”. Some people thought we had already capitulated, while many others thought that we were yet to do so.

I wanted to make a video that would refine what I meant by the word, and look at the evidence as to whether or not we can determine whether capitulation has already occurred.
