The progress of ChainSDK and GeekChain
Since the launch of ChainSDK public Beta on 31th, January, with the help of all participating users, the development team has found and fixed several bugs about consensus algorithm in the public network environment, and optimized the performance of the block broadcast. Meanwhile, the underlying protocol data verification problem that occurs when the upstream bandwidth is insufficient has also been fixed.
In addition, during the public Beta period, the development team also optimized the memory footprint of ChainSDK in the long-term work of the router environment, and positioned the performance issues of ChainSDK storage engine under the mobile hard disk, a new optimization scheme is currently being developed.
Up to now, the GeekChain test chain has been validated on a small scale in the public network environment, and some basic data have been collected. The development team said that they will continue to adhere to the principle of quality first and safety first, and fully promote the development of core systems.
