The coin employs Scrypt algorithm for faster staking on vanilla QT wallets with higher power efficiency and better reliability. The main design idea of Scrypt came from Mr. Colin Percival to build difficulty for brute force attacks in return increasing the cost of computational power and memory requirements for the attackers.
