As we progress into the world of Quantum Computing, new and more efficient forms of processing become possible. It would only be a matter of time before these systems take off in the mainstream world, that would replace traditional computers.
Now, since Quantum Computers introduce QuBits, the question is: Will it become possible for a cryptocurrency to adopt this technology for its hashing algorithm, to become a more complex and secure one?
I’ve seen that there is a cryptocurrency named QubitCoin, but I’m not sure if it would make use of QuBits.
Nevertheless, if you happen to know of any cryptocurrency that would make use of QuBits, I would be glad if you would share it with me. Also, I would like to know your opinion about a cryptocurrency which makes use of the above technology.
