The selling process is very straight-forward and intuitive:
1. Go to Sell/Buy service catalog from the balance screen
2. Choose CopPay service
3. Choose you would like to sell and the currency you would like to get, and fill bank details in the form below.
Note: You can save bank details, which will you save time next time. We don’t send these details to our servers, and they will be kept only on your device, as always making use of the personal and private.
What’s next?
Once your coins are confirmed on the and received by COPPAY, they will transfer the Euro equivalent to your bank account using a SEPA bank transfer. Keep an eye on your notifications for a confirmation of the transaction, and look for the funds to arrive in 1–2 business days.
At a moment there is a limit per 1 transaction of 1000 euro, however, you can make several transactions as well if you want to sell more.
In the nearest time, we are planning to expand those limits as well set of countries that are supported (at a moment it’s Europe zone).
