BrainCoin (Symbol: BRAIN) is an experimental new digital currency that makes instant payments globally while ensuring user’s privacy. The peer-to-peer technology enables BrainCoin to control transactions and issuing money collectively by the network without the involvement of central authority. This currency is used in Brain Core, an open source software and includes two distinct components. The first one is an interface to collect “knowledge” that serves the use of instructing artificial intelligence schemes such as images with various stuff on it (e.g., a hundred categorized images of cats), spoken sentences (i.e., a mapping between a sentence and the recorded audio data). An open source and open knowledge community will be necessary devices to control and collect this data which then can be used to train open-source artificial intelligence models (e.g., by utilizing Torch7 as a framework). These models can be shared with the appropriate computer.
