Exchange tokens are a new type of ICO, where newer exchanges are launching tokens that have unique incentive structures for token holders. In the case of BNB and BIX, transaction fees on their particular exchanges can be discounted at 50% when paid for with the tokens, thus driving demand for each token. With KCS, 50% of all token fees on the platform are distributed to token holders, based on their share (!!).
