Re: 韩方向中国发公函：请让乐天玛特恢复营业利于中韩关系【环球网综合报道记者赵衍龙】韩国《中央日报》3月30日报道称，经确认，韩国驻华大使金章洙已向中国发送了请求让乐天玛特恢复营业的公函。韩媒援引所谓的北京外交消息灵通人士3月29日表示，“金章洙大使前一天下午向中国外交部、商务部和公安部发送了公函，公函内容为‘乐天玛特恢复营业不仅有助于韩中两国关系，而且还有助于中国的经济发展。请采取措施，让中国国内的乐天玛特可以恢复营业’”。　　韩国外交部相关人士说明称，“这是为转达韩国政府的坚决立场”。身为“总统特命全权大使”的驻华大使发送直接写有特定企业名的外交公函相当罕见。　　关于金章洙大使的公函，乐天相关人员表示，“在驻华大使馆发送公函之前，我们未听说任何消息。据我所知，位于上海的中国乐天总公司也是通过‘北京的外交消息灵通人士’得到相关消息”。　　自乐天方面将星州高尔夫球场提供为末段高空区域防御系统(THAAD，“萨德’)部署用地之后，63家乐天玛特在华门店(共99家)从3月3日开始先后被“勒令停业整顿”一个月。　　对于“萨德”问题、乐天超市停业以及“被询问中国政府是否对乐天集团采取惩戒措施”时，中国外交部发言人曾回应说：我们对韩方罔顾中方利益关切，执意配合美方加紧推进“萨德”反导系统部署进程表示坚决反对和强烈不满;关于中国民众的态度，我想有关方面对中国民众反对美韩部署“萨德”系统的立场是十分清楚的，想必他们也注意到近来中国民众的呼声;关于中国政府的态度，我们曾多次说过，中方欢迎外国企业来华投资兴业并始终尊重和保护外国企业在华的合法权益;同时我们也强调，有关企业在华经营必须合法合规。外国企业在华经营成功与否，要由中国市场和中国消费者决定。 (Why?)
