There are always a huge amount of reasons why might have made an upmove. One possible reason might be a serious reason the Blockchain technology might become adapted in public.
Article 13 of the EU might be just one small piece of a bigger amount of restrictions to our daily life. The decentralized Blockchain technology is a solution to be independent from regulations.
What does that all mean for us? The whole topic around Article 13 could be a kind of trigger for cryptos. It would show the world why decentralization is so important. There are still many young people out there who do not own cryptocurrencies. Article 13 would be a good reason for the crowd to invest in cryptocurrencies again!
