We are back with our latest weekly update! This past week saw us integrate support for and add the ability to cancel orders on our alpha exchange. We are also working on tools for market creation, reporting, and selling orders, along with developing APIs for market makers and other advanced users.
We are excited about the world that Portis can help unlock for our users. Obviously, technology can be challenging and intimidating for new users, but Portis is focused on making the as easy to use for as many people as possible, which aligns very well with our goals at BlitzPredict. Portis helps reduce the barrier to entry by allowing users to manage an address using an email and password, an important step on the journey to mass .
In order for our platform to succeed, it needs to be as easy to use as the traditional sportsbook’s mobile app in your pocket. Paired with a fiat-to-DAI onramp, our users will be able to use the BlitzPredict Exchange with email+password+credit card, with no added friction beyond what you would expect from a traditional sportsbook.
We are really excited about the decentralized web’s collaborative development environment — there is a ton of developer activity happening on and we are grateful to work alongside projects such as , , , and Portis. We are looking forward to the future and happy to be a part of this space!
